Our popular Yoga is held at the Arts Factory Monday to Friday at 2pm. The
'Baron' has been practicing yoga for twenty years and is sure to get you
into a knot or out of one, whatever you need the most. The class is a
beginners and enders, meaning all levels of experience are welcomed! See you
